BALINCA™ builds essential business fundamentals for every participant regardless of their role & responsibility, and level of financial knowledge.
Over the course of a dynamic 4 to 6-hour simulation, participants will gain a clear understanding of how various roles within a company contribute to its overall financial success and performance. Participants will form companies and learn how to calculate the BALance Sheet, INCome Statement, and CAsh Flow, as well as a couple of financial KPIs that will help them understand the overall “health” of the company.
